Excavation Drawings

Our team creates precise excavation drawings based on our understanding of excavation and construction methods. Accurate details in these drawings support efficient planning of site work.

Pile Plans

We prepare pile layouts using references ranging from design drawings to site data. We check that pile locations, names, codes, sizes, and general construction details are accurately documented.

Rebar Study

Rebar studies and analysis in 2D offer speed and efficiency, especially on large projects. We clearly identify clash locations and present possible solutions in preparation for construction.

Foundation Drawings

Our understanding of construction methods enables us to produce accurate foundation drawings. We also highlight the information needed for detailing and any special considerations for site work.

Concrete Body Drawings

We create accurate concrete body drawings through coordination across the disciplines involved in concrete construction, including structural, architectural, and MEPFS disciplines. Drawing on our experience with different building types, we incorporate the relevant information into these drawings.

Detail Plans

Detail plans bring together information from shop drawings and design drawings. We review the relevant information and coordinate closely to define the final deliverables required for each project.

Stair Details

We create clear, accurate stair details that coordinate architectural and structural information. Our drawings include the detail views, plans, sections, and other information needed to communicate how the stairs are to be constructed.

Enlarged Details (Toilet, Kitchen Detail)

We develop details for architectural spaces through careful review of design drawings. We consolidate this information into enlarged details, providing detail views, plans, and other drawings to clarify the design intent.

External and Internal Elevations

Elevation drawings show wall openings, spatial relationships, and the locations of mechanical and electrical equipment. We coordinate information from other disciplines when preparing precise internal and external elevations.

General Sections and Bay Sections

Our team carefully analyzes reference information to coordinate architectural and structural design information in section drawings. These sections are finalized based on solutions coordinated with our clients.

Landscape

Landscape drawings involve multiple disciplines, including electrical, drainage, architectural, and structural work. Our team draws on its multidisciplinary experience to coordinate details and present information accurately.

Structural Construction Drawings

We systematically analyze structural information to create precise structural models, taking into account conflicts between structural, architectural, and other project information.

Architectural Modeling and Detailing

We use a single model to produce a range of deliverables, including detailed plans, sections, elevations, area plans, ceiling plans, and finish schedules. Linking each element’s information and geometry supports a consistent, comprehensive architectural model.

MEPFS BIM

We develop detailed, accurate models of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system components, with the relevant information embedded in each element.

Clash Detection & Resolution

Clash detection is one of the key benefits of BIM coordination. It enables clashes to be identified, reviewed, and reported in the 3D project model during the documentation stage, before construction begins on site.

Model Management

We use 3D models to bring together standards, drawings, and schedules from different disciplines. Model management includes checking that information is current and complete. Reviewing work progress through a 3D model supports efficient queries and issue resolution.

4D Construction Sequencing

We combine 3D models with the project schedule to create a visual construction timeline. 4D construction sequencing helps site teams understand the sequence and timing of each construction phase.

Quantity Takeoff

We generate detailed quantity calculations directly from 2D drawings or BIM models. BIM-based quantity takeoff allows quantities to be updated as the model is revised.

Quantity Takeoff

BIM-based quantity takeoff can provide model-based measurements of weight, length, item counts, and volume.

Family Creation

Drawing on our experience with challenging projects, we create Revit families to meet a range of modeling requirements. Our team develops detailed models, custom system components, and parametric families tailored to each project.

Temporary Works Modeling

BIM-based workflows support the planning of formwork, scaffolding, and related site operations. Modeling temporary works helps identify clashes and supports planning an efficient construction sequence.

LGS Wall Details

BIM-based LGS detail drawings help coordinate information about surrounding elements and connections with other LGS components and building systems.

Rebar Study

Using BIM models to identify rebar clashes supports a better understanding of site conditions and more accurate, coordinated solutions. Our team is experienced in rebar studies and provides detailed rebar drawings.
